WW - Day 255 Almost 65 pounds down...
I lost a little over two pounds this week -- which is a good loss for me right now. I thought I'd have more off, but I feel different -- so even if it doesn't show on the scale, my insides are changed.
FOOD - I am making better choices -- trying to get lots of veggies and fruits, along with milk servings through yogurt and cheese. I think this will be key through the next few weeks to get there. I need to focus on food-groups and make sure the diet is well-rounded. I kindof went through a cracker and nut obsession there which was not the best use of my points.
MOOD - The hypnosis has made a difference. But so does sunshine. Warmer temps. Exercise. Daily affirmations. Seeing success in the mirror. New-to-me clothes. Very old clothes. My husband, who loves me unconditionally. And the occasional york peppermint patty.
I am now 14 pounds from my goal. (!!!) If I lose a pound a week from here on out, I will be at goal by the time Georgia returns from Florida in mid-May. If I lose it sooner, I can start my 6-week maintenance plan and maybe become a life-time member by my 1-year anniversary of joining WeightWatchers, which will be the first Saturday in June.
Wouldn't THAT be cool? You bet.
