WW - Day 106 Arrrgh

Well, yesterday was "talk like a pirate day" and when I hopped on the scale at WW I still had a little pirate in me: arrgh! Last week I got to 35.2 off, but today I put .6 back on -- and somehow I knew, even back on Monday, that this week would not be good. I've felt sort of outside myself, forgetful, and not energized. Possibly seasonal. Probably chemical. Definitely signs of stormy weather on the diet front.

And I'm not sure I'm done with this strange state of mind/body.

To add insult to injury, my computer needs a new logic board. While this is covered by my apple protection plan for which I'm ecstatic I paid back in 2006, it does mean I'm without a computer at home for the next week or so (which is like living without my right thumb or some other important body part). I type this on Rob's work computer because I pleaded for him to bring it home this weekend, but that won't work during the coming week since he's not home when we're awake.

THEN, because the one-two punch of weight-gain and computer-loss wasn't punishment enough for one day, I went bra shopping.

After 1.5 hours at Macy's I found nothing and ended up feeling that my breasts must be the most malformed to exist on any woman, since there isn't a bra on the planet that can tame them into submission. I'm sort of shocked because I just had no idea this was the case until this afternoon!

So, me and my newly deformed breasts returned home to a desk where the computer should be, feeling low and ... heavy.

FOOD: yada yada yada. Same old same old. I would say I ate more points this week, but also had a day when there were 9 points left, so whatever!!!

MOOD: I think I need a good night's sleep and I'll feel better tomorrow. After all, I need new bras because I've lost weight, so how can a girl complain? I just wish I could remove my breasts and hand them off to a personal shopper for the afternoon with some notes about style and fabric choices. And being without a computer might be healthy! Or green! Or at the very least, illuminating...
