WW - Day 36 - Woo hoo!!!!

Another incredible week -- two in a row. I lost 5 pounds this week, bringing my total to 18.8 pounds in 36 days! Unreal.

This success really underscores how poorly I was treating myself. How much totally unnecessary crap I consumed. How much salt I ate which made my body retain fluids. I'm not even at my 10% weight loss yet -- I'm within striking distance -- but I'm thrilled to have second good week in a row. Next week maybe it will be only a pound, or even less. But the momentum is forward, and for that I am very grateful.

FOOD: Just made another batch of the black bean salad for the week ahead. This time I added a cucumber. And I just boiled some potatoes to make the 1-point potato salad again. That one never lost it's flavor over the week. It's a great recipe.

MOOD: Hey, it's pretty easy to wear a smile today!
