WW - Day 32
Oh that humidity is definitely up today... and this morning my normally enjoyable walk in the cool dawn air was a bit sultry.
So here's a question: Does more sweat because of dew point mean it's a better workout? i.e. Do I earn more points?
FOOD: Rob made an incredible stir fry last night of bok choy, snow peas, onions, garlic, and thin slices of porkchops that he had smoked over the weekend. This was turned out over brown rice and WOW was it good. That smoky flavor from the chops combined with the crisp veggies really made for an amazing culinary experience!
MOOD: I'm wearing some black pants I found in the depths of my closet today that I actually don't really recall owning. That's how long it's been since I wore them. They are 2 sizes smaller than I was 32 days ago, which means that they are probably generously sized in the grand scheme of things, but I am really incredibly happy to be wearing ANYTHING that has THAT size stitched in the back. Woo Hoo!!!
