WW - Day 21 D'oh!

POINT TWO !!!!!!!!!!

There is only .2 between me and my 10 pound milestone! Ack!

So, I lost a pound this week. But I did add upper body weights to my routine, and my arms are different. Maybe I traded fat for muscle. And my clothes fit differently, so this is all good. It appears I am losing inches.

FOOD: If I hadn't eaten all those salty things last night -- or if I'd been drinking more water -- I may have reached my goal this week. (I still love salt.) I need to work the water discipline a bit better. I was very good about water in the first week, as I recall. It needs to be my first line of defense for hunger and it needs to wrap up every meal and snack.

MOOD: I am better than I thought I'd be. I'm a little disappointed, because I feel so physically different now that it seems I must have lost more! However, things are definitely changing for me and I celebrate that.

Water water water water WATER!!!!
