Day 4 - The winter break begins
FOOD - Continuing good girl status... Last night I had a huge salad with greens, avocado, and dried cranberries, and some wine to go with. This morning I had an incredible omlette and declined the offer of bacon. A little Garden Patch to wash down the vitamins and some coffee, of course. Had a cheese stick mid-morning, with some almonds, too. I also ate some sort of GoLean power bar that just about removed my fillings -- I really didn't care for it at all and yet there is no evidence that I put it aside... Right now I'm munching on a couple of cheese tortillas. Mmm...
MOOD - Have put a schedule together for the week ahead -- feels very good to get things organized. I want to make sure the kids and I have a good time. I'm planning on painting some pictures of Griffin & Lucie.
