Well, it's been awhile... and the struggle continues.
I am now investigating art as a way of keeping my fingers out of the cookie jar. But in a broader sense, I am hoping to find a way to make myself physically, emotionally, and spiritually fit -- and now the trifecta: which comes first? I'm guessing spiritual health feeds everything else -- it gives you the tools to cope with emotional loss and healing, which makes you want to respect your journey, lift yourself up, and take care of yourself physically.
So, how do you become spiritually fit?
