Day 1 - last update
FOOD - Ate dinner first (this is important) then headed out to Kroger. I bought good nutritious cereals, snack bars (without choc.), veggies, and fruits. I am going to try to make my salads more appetizing than greens in a bowl with dressing. I passed up all the ice cream, chips, and cookies.
MOOD - I'm cranky because I passed up all the ice cream, chips, and cookies.
